Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the individual or entity (“Client,” “You”) and Style ICONIC™  . (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not authorized to access or use any portion of our services.

Style ICONIC ™  . is a certified provider of exclusive non-clinical services tailored for individuals and institutions seeking high-impact personal transformation and wellness. Our practice spans non-medical emotional wellness, behavioral support, and trauma-informed care.
 

All services are proprietary, confidential, and delivered under strict professional standards. Style Iconic does not provide clinical therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Our services are only available to individuals who are:

• Emotionally and mentally capable of engaging in non-clinical coaching
   
• Financially able to commit to the agreed service terms  (This applies strictly to private-pay clients).
   
• Respectful of Style Iconic’s boundaries, confidentiality terms, and intellectual property
   

We reserve the right to deny or terminate services at our discretion if a client is deemed unsuitable or in violation of these terms.

• All service fees, deposits, and purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
  (Applies to private-pay clients only. We do not collect payment from individuals referred by our network partners.)
   
• Clients must pay 50% upfront to initiate service agreements.
  (For private-pay clients only. No charges apply to those served through affiliated programs or referral networks.)
   
• Additional sessions or hours beyond the contracted plan will be billed separately.
  (Private agreements only. Participants from referral sources are not billed directly.)
   
• Style Iconic may, at its sole discretion, offer credits or alternatives, but refunds will not be issued.
  (Private clients only. No payment is collected from participants referred through partnership networks.)
   

• All sessions, consultations, and product-related services are final.

NOTE: All financial terms apply exclusively to private service agreements. 

We DO NOT collect direct payments from clients referred by any of our network or program partners.
 

• All sessions are strictly confidential.
   
• Clients are prohibited from recording, photographing, distributing, duplicating, or disclosing any part of their session(s), programs, or materials.
   
• Any breach will result in immediate termination and may result in legal prosecution.
   

All materials, service models, techniques, and content provided by Style Iconic are the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

• Clients are not permitted to replicate, teach, repackage, or use any part of the services outside of the intended personal use.
   
• No license or right is granted to use Style Iconic’s proprietary methods, language, assessments, or formats.
   
• Violations will be pursued legally under applicable intellectual property and civil protection laws.
   

Style Iconic ™  . is a certified and verified provider, recognized by multiple government, commercial, and regulatory bodies. The company is approved to operate with private clients, government agencies, and institutional contracts. This status reflects our compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards.

Style Iconic ™  . does not offer licensed clinical therapy, psychological treatment, or medical services.
Our services are non-diagnostic and non-prescriptive. Clients are encouraged to consult with licensed healthcare providers for clinical conditions.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be exclusively subject to the courts of Richmond County, Staten Island, NY.

Style ICONIC is fully compliant with government procurement policies and authorized to provide services under local, state, and federal contracts.
The company operates under confidentiality, reporting, and professional standards appropriate for government use.

Style Iconic reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
