5. Refund for Damaged Items: If your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved by our higher team investigator, we will replace it with a similar item after returning the damage item to us but still no refund issued.
6. Return Process for Damaged Items: We may require the damaged or defective item to be returned to us. In such cases, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
