Style ICONIC Store Policy

1. Free Consultation

New customers are entitled to a complimentary 20-minute consultation session.

2. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay 50% of the total deal cost upfront. This deposit is non-refundable, with certain services potentially eligible for partial refunds under specific conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients have a 2-hour window to cancel their order, after which payment will be automatically processed by the system.

4. Modification of Orders

Clients may modify their orders within 2 days of placing the initial order, subject to approval by the stylist.

5. Try-On and Discussion

Clients are encouraged to take the necessary time to try on and discuss any needs regarding clothing, jewelry, shoes, bags, and other items before leaving the Style ICONIC office.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Once clients leave the Style ICONIC office, no returns, exchanges, or store credit are permitted for any items. Items valued at less than $50 may be eligible for store credit on weekdays, with Saturdays and Sundays exempted from return or exchange policies.

7. Replacement Option

In lieu of returns or exchanges, clients may choose to keep items they are concerned about by paying 50% of the original price and receiving a similar replacement item.

8. Session Duration

Each styling session typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, with a total of 4 hours allocated for 2 sessions after the initial 50% payment. Additional hours beyond the allocated session may be requested at a rate determined by Style ICONIC.

9. Rental of Wedding or Bridal Dresses

Clients renting wedding or bridal dresses must pay a non-refundable insurance fee to cover damages. Clients are responsible for any damages incurred to items during the rental period.

10. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for deciding and agreeing on styling choices for clothing and other related items.

11. Long-Term Clients

Long-term clients requesting weekly or monthly plans must pay in full to receive the requested plans. Similarly, long-term clients requiring wedding and bridal costumes must pay in full to initiate the process.
